Roxy Hall is a passionate woman of Excellence. She has been motivating individuals across the country into action for over twenty years. Roxy has experience in communications, organizational development, corporate training, educational leadership and small business consulting. She has experienced great success in many areas of her life. Roxy uses her experiences to show people that with knowledge, diligence, hard work, and tenacity they can accomplish their personal and professional goals. 

As the founder and Executive of SHEnergy, a women's networking and empowerment non-profit organization, Roxy inspires women throughout the country. She helps women realize that if they work together as women and build powerful mutually beneficial alliances with like-minded women of excellence, they can help one another take their businesses, their careers, and their lives to  higher levels.

Vanguard Solutions Consulting (VSC), has been providing human resources, training and development, management, marketing, and event planning services to businesses, organizations, educational institutions and faith communities for over  20 years. Roxy serves as a corporate trainer with VSC, as well as,  the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Roxy is passionate about the impact of mental illness in our country. She became a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor because of that passion and she will use the platforms of VSC and SHEnergy in order to: Connect by bringing communities together, Advocate by reducing negative attitudes about mental illnesses, Educate by building mental health literacy and Lead by showing others how they can help.

Meet our certified mental health first aid instructors

Katrina Robinson-Wheeler is the Community Liaison and Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Educator at Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare, a community-based behavioral health treatment agency in Northeast Florida, where she has worked for the past 17 years. Katrina has worked in several different capacities in the agency; 11 years as a therapist specializing in Women’s treatment, and five years in management as the Behavioral Health Team Leader and Clinical Director.

Katrina received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2009 from Webster University, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (state of Florida), Licensed Professional Counselor (state of Ga.), Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional and Substance Abuse Professional. Katrina developed and implemented Staring Points Women’s Program in 2006.

Katrina is a graduate of the National Council for Behavioral Health’s inaugural Addressing Health Disparities Leadership Program in 2011-2012, and a graduate of the Leadership Nassau leadership program 2014. She has also been a part of the Partnership for a Healthier Nassau since its inception in 2010-2014. Katrina received the Professional of the Year awards for both Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADAA) and the Florida Certification Board (FCB) in 2007.

Katrina completed training to be a Mental Health First Aid instructor in February 2014 by the National Council for Behavioral Health and has trained over 1850 Mental Health First Aiders in the North Eastern Florida Region and was recently ranked among the top 100 Mental Health First Aid instructors nationwide (out of 12,000). Katrina is currently the agency's board liaison on the Community Outreach/Education Committee since 2014 a board member of the Nassau affiliation of NAMI, and President of the board of directors for the Homeless Coalition of Nassau county. 

Katrina has worked in the behavioral health field for over 20 years and has been active in her community to help increase awareness of behavioral health issues and reduce stigma.
